Who is responsible
TASHNAZ operates this website and controls the information collected here. Privacy, access and correction requests: cc_support@tashnaz.com. The full legal name, registration number and postal address must be completed by the operator before publication.
Your choice
You are not legally required to provide information. Providing it is voluntary. We need an email to send a launch update or reply to a request. City and country are optional. Additional marketing consent is not a condition of launch updates or support.
Information and purposes
Launch registration collects email, language, optional city and country, consent version, submission time and separate marketing choice. The email and signup time also set your place in line and are used to check founders-offer eligibility. Support collects your email, language, topic and message. Account deletion includes recent sign-in, explicit confirmation, deletion status and a limited identity record. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or unnecessary personal information.
Connection with the app
Website data is stored in private collections in the app’s Firebase project. Joining the launch list does not create an app account. At this stage email ownership is not verified and the address is marked unverified. Optional marketing requests are recorded separately; they do not change an existing app account’s consent or activate marketing without verification. Opting out removes the website subscription and revokes marketing in the account matching the email. Rejoining after an opt-out requires verification or support. Founders offer: if you open an app account with the same email, the server automatically compares the list email with the account email to check eligibility — list position, signup time, account creation time and completed identity verification in the app — and grants the benefit to the account. For tracking, the signup record keeps the account ID, place and grant time, and the account keeps a benefit marker. The comparison happens on the server only and is not visible to other users. Opting out or deleting the account deletes the signup.
Providers and international processing
Google Firebase provides hosting and database infrastructure. The existing Firestore database is in Europe (eur3); functions target europe-west1. Hosting uses a global delivery network. Resend is the planned confirmation-email provider and will receive recipient addresses and email content only once connected. Authorized staff and providers access information to deliver these services. Provider logs, support and backups may be processed outside Israel and the database region. Processing agreements and international-transfer safeguards must be reviewed before activation. The current implementation does not sell information or supply it to independent advertisers.
Retention
Confirmation links and rate-limit records expire after one hour. Subscriptions are retained for up to 12 months or until opt-out. A founders-benefit marker on an app account is kept while the account exists. Support requests are retained for up to 90 days; deletion audit and limited identity records are retained for up to 24 months as detailed below; staff must handle open requests before scheduled removal. A hashed suppression identifier is retained for up to 24 months to prevent further mail or old-link confirmation. Hourly cleanup works in limited batches and may lag under load; token validity and opt-outs are enforced on use. These are product policies, not a claim that one legal retention period applies universally. Backup, mailbox and legally required evidence-retention procedures still require completion.
Access, correction and opt-out
You may request access under section 13 and correction under section 14 of Israel’s Privacy Protection Law, subject to applicable conditions and appropriate identity verification. Requests to delete unnecessary information are assessed under applicable law and retention purposes; removal from every system is not guaranteed. Opt out using the unsubscribe page, by replying to a mailing or by emailing support. No login or additional confirmation email is required to opt out.
Cookies and technical information
No advertising or behavioral analytics tools or marketing cookies are embedded. Fonts and media are local. A temporary action result is stored in sessionStorage; a motion preference may be stored in your browser. Hosting providers receive IP and browser information as part of HTTP requests. The website rate limiter stores an HMAC identifier rather than raw IP addresses. Provider log settings and retention require separate review.
The app has its own policy
App profiles, location, selfies and Didit verification are also covered by the app’s privacy information. Website deletion requires recent sign-in and explicit confirmation, then automatically deletes the active account and data listed on the deletion page. A temporary failure stays in progress for automatic retry and is not shown as success. A limited identity record and existing safety reports are retained as described here. Didit records require separate handling with the provider.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be communicated and further consent obtained where required. Contact cc_support@tashnaz.com.
Limited identification after account deletion
A separate restricted record is kept for up to 24 months to investigate harm reports, handle legal matters and evidence deletion: account ID, supplied name and verification-derived name where available, available email/phone, sign-in provider identifiers, verification status/reference, account creation and deletion timestamps. This is not a wholesale copy of profiles, photos, location, date of birth, identity numbers or biometrics. It is not used for marketing or shown to other users. Access is intended for authorized safety and legal handling; any external disclosure is assessed under applicable law. Automatic expiry cleanup applies. A concrete legal matter requires a separately justified preservation decision under applicable law. The period is the operator’s policy, not a claim that all such data must legally be retained for that duration.
